Every year NECSA, the New England Convenience Store Association, presents its Store Operator of the Year Award to a convenience store manager who runs an exceptionally impressive store. Additionally, he/she has established a creative merchandising program, maintained outstanding customer service skills, and who actively supports a community, charity, or legislative cause.

The Awards are presented at NECSA's Annual Holiday Party. For the past several years the event has been held at the Crowne Plaza in Worcester,MA. The winner for 2002 was the Honey Farms Store Manager from Uxbridge, MA. In 2003, the recipient is the Honey Farms Store Manager from our Rutland location. Honey Farms is proud of these Store Manager’s who have honored our company by receiving these outstanding awards of recognition within our industry. From a field of hundreds to a selected list of finalists, one individual is selected as “the best of the best” and we take this time to thank these Manager’s for there hard work and dedication not only to our company but to the employees that work with them.
